Special Class: Developing Your Personal Practice
Chris Saudek will teach a "Developing Your Personal Practice" class on Wednesday, September 3rd from 5:00 to 6:45 pm.
The cost is $12 and includes a handout of poses and some suggested practice sequences. During the class, you will have the opportunity to work with others to create a customized sequence for yourself.
Even those who have attended such as class before may want to come again. The sign-up sheet will be at The Yoga Place beginning Monday, August 18th. Please pay when you sign up.
